Sergii Sushon

Sergii Sushon began his creative career at age 20, studying film producing at New York Film Academy (NYFA) and FILM.UA, where he gained hands-on experience on professional film sets. His early producing credits include the short film Talk to Me, presented at the Cannes Film Festival, alongside participation in large-scale projects such as Zakhar Berkut and Berenstein. 
His project "If We Had Tomorrow" achieved massive global recognition, participating in more than 40 international film festivals and earning 47 awards and 84 nominations — including recognition at Cannes, the LA Cinematography Awards, and the NY Cinematography Awards.

Brian Komendant

Vasiliy “Brian” Komendant (MFA)
With an academic and professional background in Education, after years working in Theater, in 2011, Vasiliy transitioned into Film, and upon graduating from the New York Film Academy’s Master of Fine Arts program in 2013, with Honors, embarked on a career as a filmmaker. His experience directing, screenwriting, script consulting, casting, script supervising, and assistant directing, paired with his roots in education, theater and languages, as well as his passion for teaching, have inspired him to co-found In Motion Film Academy, a contemporary 360’ film school for children, teenagers and young adults.

Lana Mokilev

Lana Mokilev embarked on a journey into Film Industry as a child actor, and in the decades since, through her extensive experience in Theater and Education as well as degrees in the respective fields (Kibbutzim College of Tel Aviv for Acting and Directing; Givat Washington College of Education; Nizami Tashkent Pedagogical Institute), she has managed to inspire generations of children and young adults across cultures and ages.
Children and youth theater company “Splash” founded by Lana in Philadelphia 26 years ago, keeps nourishing talent and launching careers to this day, and it is this unique background and vision, that Ms. Mokilev brings to In Motion Film Academy as a co-founder and educator. Whether it is directing, teaching drama or developing a course, Lana’s passion and dedication to her students is unwavering, as is her love for children and performing/visual arts.
